People are fond of telling me right now if you just do what makes you happy you won't be depressed. Have you tried exercise? Have you tried eating better? How about scrapping you love scrapping right? Well I would like to show everyone what happens when I try to scrap when I am depressed...
Is it horrible? Maybe not to all but I know it isn't my best work. Although the photos made me smile. We were visiting my aunt and uncle in San Antonio at Easter time. Since my kids are too old to hunt eggs we smashed cascarones on each others heads. Basically egg shells with glitter and confetti in them. After a few of those you are washing confetti out of your hair for days. Moments like this is what keeps me going even if I am down.

I've never heard of cascarones, but they sound fun and messy, lol!

What great memories! I think it is awesome that you are creating. I totally understand what you are saying about crafting when your heart is not into it... or even your head. I think the layout is great. I want to say that I am proud of you for trying and for DOING something. I really need to get my scrapbooks caught up and you totally inspire me, ESPECIALLY now. You rock and don't let anyone or anything tell you otherwise! Love you!!!

I am really proud of you for DOING this. You tried and you completed it and I am proud of you. I need to complete my pages and am unable to since my supplies are strung out all over the house in boxes and bags until I can move into my room.

And I know exactly what you mean about people and their advice. They mean well, but they don't seem to understand that nothing is ever as simple as how they make it sound.
