This week's blessing wasn't very easy until I gave it some thought. I have been sick for almost 2 weeks due to allergies and sinuses. My only real relief came in the form of rain. I am so thankful for the gift of rain. And when you think about all the amazing things rain brings to this earth, it is a blessing we all forget to be thankful for.

My mother used to tell me that it rained when the clouds where sad and they cried....and yes, I did believe her!

It isn't raining yet but looks like it could any second. It's looked that way most of the weekend too, lol! I NEED it to rain!!!!
I absolutely enjoy rain. I love the sound it makes when it falls, especially on a tin roof. I love watching the rain drops hit the window and have so much fun with Kadesia racing our raindrops to see who picked the fastest ones. I love the way the earth just soaks up all that rain and everything is just brighter and more alive. I do not like to get wet by it or to drive in it. As long as I can be holed up at home I am good! Great nap weather! LOL
