Heck even I don't know. All I know is I taught myself to knit and this is the first by product. A bit wonky ( I love that word it cracks me up!) but I needed to make a simple cleaning rag...dish towel... heat pad to get the technique down. Wanna hear the best part of this venture? I had to learn to knit because my daughters wanted to learn since my dad got one of them a knitting kit for a birthday. Thanks dad! Well now I know how so if I plan on making scarves or something for Christmas I need to get started.
Bridgett thank you for sending me the yarn and needles to get me started. Kyla has now taken them over so she can make herself a wrist band. I will get pictures of that as soon as she finishes.

I love knitting. And yup, can never have too many wash cloths/hot pads!
I love it! You did a FANTASTIC job on this!!! I am so glad you told me you wanted to learn. Knitting is so much fun and really calms my nerves!! I will send you some pattern links soon! You're welcome for the needles and yarn. It was nothin'! LOL Can't wait to see what Kyla comes up with!
Hugs,
Bridgett
crack me up, I knit too but it takes too much time to finish something!
Great job! I know how to knit but once I discovered crocheting I never went back!!! SOOOO much faster and easier.
I think it's awesome that you learned so you could teach your daughter!
