Weigh in Monday







Well first I want to say to everyone who has served or who has lost a family member in service THANK YOU! To family members enduring serperation, THANK YOU! To the men and women serving today THANK YOU!






On a simple small side note I missed my 2 pound goal but 4 oz. But seeing how mother nature picked this week to rear her head I am not complaining. Next weeks goal is to add workout and strength training in.
