Thankful 30

My decision for a healthy life style. Today was a rare accomplishment for me. I am wearing a pair of jeans I have not worn since my husband and I dated 13 years ago. I kept them because I gained 80 pounds with the birth of my son. I had started to lose weight and bought these jeans from Eddie Bauer. They were snug then and bit into my stomach. Now for you fluffy girls like me you know the importance of stretch denim. These are sooooo not stretch denim. Well life got in the way I was unhappy and ate to fill a void. I am not sure what my heaviest weight was but I am assuming close to 235-250 and I wore a size 20. I have started to watch what I eat I excercise and enjoy it! Don't get me wrong some days are better then others and it is by no means easy. But today at 192 and size 16 I can say it is worth it!
