I am all about using scraps I have. When I opened up my box of scraps to see what I had I found this lovely blue stripped paper. I have had it for years believe it or not. Suddenly I know what to use it for.
I wanted the snowflake to be the focus, so I stayed with kraft paper. I inked all the edges and used pop dots for dimension, Topped it off with some blue bakers twine. I am still waiting for my snow this year.

Awesome use of scraps....the snowflake really pops on the kraft. You are on a roll, great cards!
